Returns and Refunds

1What if my product shows up damaged?
Please email: info@advantogenlabs.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a brief description. Once received, we will arrange to send a replacement for the damaged item.
2What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?
Contact us with photos and errors and we will promptly send you the correct items at no additional cost.
3Do you accept returns?
Given the specialized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If any concern arises with your purchase, our team will address the situation promptly to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
4Do you issue refunds?
Our customer service team reviews refund requests individually to ensure fair and prompt resolution. When reaching out about a possible refund, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if available.
5Can I return my order?
Due to the sensitive nature of research products, we do not accept returns. Replacements are available only for defective or damaged items reported within 72 hours of receipt.

Why are Advantogen Labs labeled "Not For Human Consumption"?
